OC Help Now is built for every neighbor. We are committed to making our service usable by people of all abilities, in English and 中文.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines across the website and app, so that people using screen readers, keyboards, voice control, or other assistive technologies can ask for and offer help.
We use clear language, sufficient color contrast, visible focus indicators, semantic structure, and a bilingual interface. The assistant supports typing as well as voice input.
Accessibility is ongoing work. Some content may not yet be fully optimized, and we actively fix issues as we find them.
